wtd between cusco and nismo motor mounts

is there any real difference besides the price?can i still use my tein strut bar?

i have nismo motor and transmission mount. The motor do sit higher but it clears my stut bar. unfortunatly it cracked the plastic housing for the fuel injectors wires.
