You won't get a BB T28 that cheap without it being blown. Pay to play.

there is/was an s15 t28 on zilvia for 400 just the other day.

The going rate for a used S14 turbo is around $300....S15 for $400 sounds about right if it had the Spec-r exhaust side.

400 for an s15 t28 is an excellent price weather its spec R or not.

Yeah, I was turbo shopping yesterday and it would seem $500-600 is more common for a good condition low mileage GT28R.
