I won't flame you, but it is hard to hold back here.R32Do you want to use it on the street in the US?If so, start looking for another car.I believe Canada can have them road registered, so if you intend to live there, then no problem.

If you want it for track use only, then i don't think that will be a problem either.

Check the stickies at the top of this page regarding attempting to own a road registered Skyline in the USA.

Much talk about them being snuck in for state only registration. You won't get one registered federally.

R33I believe these are the only skylines to pass the crash testing in the US, so these are legal....... now you just have to find one for sale.. (Good luck!!!)

Use the search button (flashing red at the top of the screen) to find as much info as you can.

Easy there. You're giving out some bad info. All three models were made available through MotoRex. I recently helped my friend buy a legal R32 and many others are out there. And at least 10 or so R34's too apparently. Aside from this, the poster made it clear what he was looking for. What his intentions might be are of no issue. He asked for a non-legal car. The legal vs. illegal argument is plenty old and does not need to be brought up again.

Easy guys... Lets not get so hostile The 32 and 33 motorex cars are legit. Other than that you're not going to find a federalized skyline over here. As for the 34 there are no federalized ones over here, just state "legalized". Meaning someone had a hookup in DMV. Thats all. Try to transfer out of state and goodbye car.

He said he wants one not registered, so why are we even talking about motorex?

There are a hand full of federal R34s.. Mototrex managed to slip some through even though they fail the EGR test.

Incorrect.

Correct.

You know, this forum isn't about who knows what, who has what, or who can get what...(well, it kinda is I guess...lol). It's about coming here to learn about the Skyline, share information about the Skyline, praise the Skyline, honor the Skyline.

If we are going to swap information, please be sure you have the correct information to share. If you aren't 100% sure your info is accurate, ask a question, or visit some of the other threads here in the forums.

The NICO is your oyster, use it wisely, and it will be good to you.

Now, anyone want to buy my Laurel and have it shipped to the states? I give you a NICO discount, too. Only $15K (JDM drift tax included) plus shipping.

Hey, I need to finance my Skyline here...lol

i don't have a R34 but i do have a R33 GT-R. it was registered in FL and i re registered it in MO. no problems. it was only state "legalized". i think it depends on what state your trying to re register it in.

BTW

My 1996 R33 GT-R is for sale. http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/...99371if any one is interested call me 636-410-6532.

if you go to change the title out of state it does not mean "goodbye car"I personally know at least 2 people and have met a handful of others at shows that have bought and sold state legal cars (2 from FL, 1 from SC, and 2 from AZ) and have no issues with the titles and no issues when any of them sold their cars to others in other states. So I do not believe that info is 100% correct. If you were to say that in some circumstances that it is possible, I would agree if you could provide some evidence or a case in point. If people want the true info and dont want to be missled lets be objective and stick to facts that can be backed up. I will contact some of my friends that I refered to earlier in this thread and see if it is ok to use their names (I will not give out names without first asking, that would be very rude) so they may confirm what I said, and also maybe answer more questions that people on here might have.
