WTB KA24DE core engine, Just the block and head with internals

I just want a block and head that I can rebuild to make a KAT engine. I need the block to be NOT crack as well as for the head to not be cracked or warped. Im in the NorCal area and would like to not have to ship it, but I will if I have to
