this is the first time ive been screwed on ebay and its the worst because ive never seen a aluminum CA smic cold pipe and i tried using a SR plastic smic pipe and it sits too high and will hit the hood right above the IC. now i dont know if that is because im using a ARC sidemount or what but i cant really mod the plastic pipe because of its diameter changes in the pipe(cant cut and shorten) i filed with paypal and im hoping he just sends me the pipe but he will not respond to my emails so idk his name on ebay is HITandRUNcrew.....maybe the name shoulda been a hint, lol

That ebayer screwed me too. I bought an intercooler that he said no leaks. I got it and it was all screwed up . I tried getting money back through paypal but they wouldnt. It cost me an extra $100 in welding to get it to halfway work.

I have the whole sidemount setup except the rubber piece between the TB and cold pipe if you want.

mine came on someone's clip, he went with a fmic and sold this to me for like $50. No clue where you could order one. Rico has an aluminum one on his car too, and his doesn't even use that stock rubber piece He got his off yahoo japan auctions, not sure who makes it.

in the years I've been CA watching ebay... I've seen several of those aluminum cold pipes for the CA go. I believe they are either custom pieces or optional pieces. It seems a lot of the japanese fmic kits for the ca/sr use the stock side mount piping, like the ARC one thats up on ebay right now. They use larger than stock piping but it plugs right into the stock piping. Surely some manufacturers offer the option of upgrading the other pipes as well... I've seen them sold as ARC and I also saw one sold as Cusco, if that helps.
