Really nice example, I'll give the listing a look.

Have to say, wasn't thinking about an active, as I doubted any still had a functioning active system.

Not sure I have ever seen a set of tan front seats in that good of condition, even 10-15 years ago!!

Thanks!
Yeah, I understand that the active scares some people, and realistically, it *does* make it more difficult to work on than the average Q.
How many true actives are left? I have two, and Keith may have 1 or 2
Keith (TexasOil) isn't on the forum much anymore, but I've visited with him in Houston, and we've conversed a number of times. He shared with me the gas pressure in the accumulators, and I have just recently recharged the strut accums on mine using Argon gas as the fill.
I also resealed the pump, and the struts don't leak, so I believe the system to be reliable. I guess it's a trade: the accums do need periodic recharging depending on use, while the Tokikos for std suspension are now obsolete.
I agree she looks good for her age (garaging helps, I'm sure)--but you know beauty is more than skin deep--she's well serviced too!

Hey 3Q Jay, if it's not a trade secret, can you share with me the accumulator pressures? I had Keith fit two complete sets of accumulators for me when I lived in Houston. I'm in Oregon now and haven't been able to get a hold of Keith. Someone here in Oregon said I could get them filled at an aviation shop as they use nitrogen accumulators on some landing gears. I want to be able to keep the active suspension as long as I can. Much appreciated!
