Hey guys, shopping for these wheels new or used. Right now I can get them used at a good price rims only no tires at this size: ( tires would be bought upon fitment)
(2) 8.5" +30mm (2) 10" +38mm so I need to know if this setup will fit my 08 M RWD with stock suspension (planning to go with h-techs in the spring). Would like to know of any possible issues with this offset like rubbing etc.

If in any case this setup doesnt fit my M ,than if anyone could chime in and help me with the offsets ,I would appreciate it thanx.

here you go....this is a good site that sells wheels/tires, but I use it as a referrence for wheel sizing...used their fitment guide on my other cars...very helpful because you can select the offsets and it'll let you know.

Hankooks V12 's are great...if you are running 20"s and wanna save some $$$ -- you can check out Nexxen tires the N7000...I ran them on another car for a trial period and was pleased...

Pretty sure they're called a tuner style lug nut. Thread size should be M12 x 1.25.
You can do a look up here to get an idea:

Just an update , I am at East Coast Autosport in Harrison NJ as I type. I am getting my rear wheels milled from +38 to +40 , I know its only 2 mm but Harris ( machinist) would not go for those 2 extra mm to make it +42 which fits with 285 tire without issues. He said its not safe anyways I already have the tires and would like to know if I will be ok with this setup-> 20x10 offset 40 tire 285 30 20. Any input is greatly appreciated .Note: I am with stock suspension now maybe will change later but would like to be safe without rubbing or damaging my fenders. Worst case scenario I will go with 275 tire

20x10 offset 40 tire 285 30 20 will be ok

Tell Harris Freddie said whats up

you may want to cut the top liner near the rear fender lip 1.5" so it wount make noise.

Lol actually Harris said hi to you first lol I mentioned you recommended him. Wheels are milled already at 40 offset will have them on this weekend will see if if it hits or rubs on the liner then I will figure something out, as long as I wont do any damage to the fender ... Thanks again for the recommendation Harris sure is professional using CNC machine.

Glad everything worked out.

The liner is very low, put your hand at the lip and you'll feel it. It's even somewhat lose. The lower you go the more you'll need to trim. The good thing is you can't see the cut.

If you would of called me I would of meet you at the shop with my M. I live about 10-15mins to the east.

Did you have to cut yours ? You are only 2mm less than me that should not be that big of a difference. And from what I know 08+ are a little bit wider so maybe I will be fine without cutting. Will see...
Yeah I could have called you to meet up but I didnt realize how close JC is plus I was there with my work van as I work in East Orange VA this week so I figured might aswell finally get it done after a year and some change having the wheels.

Yes I had to cut my rear liners as I'm tucking 1/2 the tire. Most remove the entire liner when going very low & wide.

It has nothing to do with the wheel, it's the top of the tire (near the fender lip)that will rub a little.

I also go to the East Orange VA for my Dad

I also go to Perth Amboy about once a month

I'm running a staggered setup on my M, and I have 20X10 in the rear with an offset of +42. But I had to run 255 and stretch just a lil to keep from rubbing, but I'm also lowered on Eibachs. I know for sure if you're running a 285 when you get srpings you'll have some issues. But I'm in to see the finished product once you install the wheels.

This is what I'm looking like right now. I love the clean look a lot, but sometimes it's looks to plain, I guess it's because I go to car meets and really don't get any attention.
