WTB cheap intercooler kit

Just wanted to see if anyone had a fmic kit laying around or even a better smic kit. Looking to run around 10 psi and i hear stock side mount is a joke. Would put this in the wanted section, but i figured since its strictly ca, this would cause less problems.

Yeah, my last option is to get the old ssac fmic kit. I am really low on cash and just want something to keep me safe around 9 psi. I hear good and bad about them, but if i could get something cheap used, or a beefed up side mount.. just checking around. Yeah, and does anyone know of any way to sustain the side mount? Or is it just ****ty all around. Im not looking for front mount for the style points, like i said, just want 9-10psi, and i hear the stock side mount cant hold its own past 7.

look for a conquest intercooler or Mitsubishi starion, i rocked that for a whole year, 15 psi on 14b and no problems out it, pretty beefy fmic, i just mounted it behind the hood latch bracket, worked great very short intercooler piping, good times.

i say you would be out 100 120 bucks for that setup if you could find.

Im looking into that. Theres a guy on here with a very very good cond. starion ic. The piping both go to one side. Could i use my stock side mount piping and just modify a little bit? zerothread?id=267387
