I want to buy some adjustable cam gears and a set of cams, I would like a set of cams that will give kind of a bab idle, and also work with stock head internals if anyone has some let me know, thanks

eBay. Tomei is the only company making new stuff for the CA. You can also get your cams re-ground.

how can i go about regrinding them who can i send them to and what are some good specs to give a rough aggressive sounding idle any help is appreciated. thanks

tomei isn't a bad move. make sure u get the 8.5 or 8.8 mm lift ones though either wise u'll need vlave sprngs etc.
