does your power steering have a flat spot in it when you turn the whel back and forth real quick?

just curious as I remember my car doing that last year, and before getting a chance to diagnose the problem, I spun a rod bearing.

No, I ditched my hicas pump when I got my swap because I didnt know about the differences in the pumps. I thought a 240sx pump would've worked. Anyways I bought one last night, non-hicas with bracket.
