ok i know there is a sticky but other ppl might have one.i had ordered a motorset with harness,ecu,transover a month ago from canada. customs sent the container back twice ??anyway the guy refunded me the money. i now have all the parts for the install. I.E intercooler.drop resistor.fuel pumpetc...

From where in Canada did you ordered it, I could of got it for you accross the border.

Well, when ever we ship something from Canada to the USA, a forum for the EPA (enviromental forum) need to be filled and a certain fee needs to be paid for customs in order to clear the engine to be ok to go to the USA as well as Visa versa.

If you don't have customs clear it, they engine usually gets held at the border or at customs warehouse until the fee is paid.

for that reason, the shipping fee on an engine to the USA is a bit more expensive also due to the distance that the transport truck travel.s
