Yeap, I reckon you do need a new rod. Sorry I cannot help, but that picture necessitated a comment.

How tha heel did you bend that rod ? Those are not suppose to take a s***load of power ?

Frank my wastegate failed and my boost spiked at around 35psi. No other damage was done thanks to Megasquirt!

Thanks for the rod Dee!

And I normally run 22psi with a percision gt3251 turbo. It will definately move out. It didn't really go at 35psi just a couple of pops and fell on it's face. Oh well it'll be back together in a week or so ready to go sideways!

No actually it was #4 cylinder. And just a quick update the engine is back together and waiting on a donor chassie. The orginal car now has an RB20DET in it.
