hi everyone,

i'm looking to buy a SMIC for a CA18det or sr20det, or if someone is looking to sell me a used FMIC w/ piping that would be great too.

i have a ca18det 240sx.

if anyone has a powersteering pump from a ca18det, then that would be the first on my buy list! =)

new to the forums, and openly welcomed. this is a great community.

i've ventured from the g20.net forum and the sr20 forums. same as mr. boroboro.....

he is also doing a CA swap. he stole my engine. but that's okay. i got another one.

thanxeric

PS: thanx sean for letting me know.

And just incase anyone else is looking for one, i've got 2, but they are the HICAS pumps, but if you'd like, I can modify them for you so that they will work for your setup. [email protected]

power steering pumps are kinda universal, as long as the rotation of the pully is the same direction you can pretty much fabricate the mounts that will hold it in the correct place. just kinda like alternators lol. a ka one will fit provided you make it.

I heard that all you need to do attatch your stock lines off the KA to the CA pump and you're gravy. Is this right?

Good to see you here my friend, I saw some guy selling a SMIC for $200-250 on here the other day just to let you know. As for that PS pump, good luck.
