I need a ring and pinion from a 90-96 Q45. Or the whole R200 diff if you have one and don't want to take it apart.

Please e-mail me at: [email protected]

ThanksChris

Most people buy them from junkyard which can institute a nationwide search.................usual price $500 based on donor mileage.

So if I bought one for $130 shipped with 115K miles, I did good?

I would say so since the entire differential JUST SHIPPING is ~$200.

I bought just the ring and pinion.

Plus, I shipped a diff a couple weeks ago and it cost $40 through UPS.

It was a C5 Vette diff and wieghed 71 lbs. I have a biz ship it for me but that is only about 20% cheaper than shipping myself. You can ship a motor and trans for $300.

I recommend you weigh a 90-96 Q45 diffferential before proposing any freight charges to others............heavy duty finned iron/steel vs aluminum.

So you think it will cost him over $300 to ship a Q45 diff? I said that I shipped a 71 lbs C5 Corvette diff, I didn't think I was being missleading.

No about $100 for diff alone, depending on Carrier and delivery location home vs business due to loading docks.

Few people can pickup a Q45 diff alone, usually takes 2 due to shape and weight distribution.............getting off truck to hand cart.

The last dozen or so we received were delivered by PU from junkyards within <100 miles.
