The only worry I have with an out of state car is that it will end up being a POS or there was a leak or something that I didn't see. Usually when I am looking at a used car I bring it to my trusted mechanic to give it the once over. I am familiar with my cars and I can work on them, but I am currently clueless on the KA.thelinja wrote:It's hard to find an S14 in Indiana, trust me, I tried, I didn't even buy one in Indiana in the end. Try surrounding states. And also, how determined are you to find one? I went from Indianapolis to Toledo, OH to buy mine. It's worth it though, what a great car. And when you do find one that you might be interested in, don't wait. CALL IMMEDIATELY. I don't know how many times I called someone about a 240 only to find out someone bought it. One that got away was a 96 SE 5spd in NYC for $5K, only 60K too. My dad and I were going to go look at it on the weekend, we called the day before we were going to leave...SOLD.
