I am looking for a right (passenger side) hood hinge for 1991 Infiniti Q45.
It is a discontinued part. Does anybody know if any other model (M30, I30, Nissan Maxima) uses the same hinge?

Thanks.
John

Hmm, I did a basic search and found it available at three different places.

Hinge - Infiniti (6540160U10)

Thanks for the numbers.
I contacted a few Infiniti parts suppliers and I was informed it is part# 65400-60U10 (passenger side also called right) but so far they (3) all stated it is no longer being manufactured. The other number you provided is the driver side. Therefore I am wondering if any other model or car uses the same hinge but under a different number.
It's a bit strange as my passenger side hinge sits lower and won't allow me to fully open the hood without it bending the metal while the other sides seems to sit higher and will open as it should. I can't seem to find if it is bend or broken or if there is any adjustment that can be made.

Sorry, I inadvertently copied the wrong number to use for the search. At this point I'd say your best bet would be either ebay or checking with a local salvage yard.

I couldn't find a cross reference for any other US vehicle, which struck me as a bit odd. If it's any consolation, the hinge was apparently used on the Q45 from 1990-96.
