Wrong lower harness plug for plug under pass. fuse box?

So the original plug that came in the Body, which is a 1989 KA24e manual, is a four prong. The plug runs directly under the passenger side fuse box and is supposed to lead to the Lower Wiring harness.

My problem is the KA24DE plug is a rectangle 2 prong and the plug under the fuse box is a square 4 prong.

The 2 prong harness wires are yellow w/blue stripe and yellow w/red stripe.

The 4 prong plug that runs under the box has 4 wires; a yellow w/blue, a brown, a black, and a red wire.

I searched and found nothing about switching these plugs... Do I cut the 4 prong and splice in a 2 prong plug with the yellow w/blue and red maybe?
