I have a 93 vert and use Datascan to monitor the goods. Unfortunately, you can't change anything with Datascan as they claim there is no way to do that. It can export a log file to a comma delimited file that is used by the [shop] to set the changes. I assume that "Consult" is what they use. If someone has a script or program to send the info to ECU thru Datascan, I can rewrite the data file to reflect the changes.

I am hoping that in the 21st century someone has come up with a way to do this.

I am totally sure that I will be in the market for a new ECU. What can I say, I'm retired and bored. Any help or chat would be great. Thanks.

I don't believe that there is anyway to write to the stock memory, however we do have daughterboards available to us that we can use in our ecus.
