wrinkle paint

hey guys, ever used this wrinkle paint stuff, I went to paint one of my valve covers. ok, painted it kinda think like the instructions said, came back a few hours later, looks like a bunch of little fingerprints its kool looking ......kinda jus an fyi

i think that happens when you dont sand and put too much paint on there. i think, dont wuote me on this tho
