well.. yesterday was the worst day ever. i kinda wrecked my brothers mazda mx-3 while i was on my way to look at this guy's j30 he was parting out so i could buy the diff off of him. on the way there, a truck 2 cars ahead slammed on his brakes as soon as he saw this ambulance approach the intersection, the lady behind him (which was by coincidence driving a j30) rearended him. after she hit i had no chance in stopping that quick with that pos mx-3.. no way to swerve or anything so i hit... their cars were barely scratched and of course his dinky mx-3 got pretty banged up from rearending that j-30.
its liability, no collision coverage. and since my brother only paid like 1g for it and i think the motors gonna blow soon anyway... we aggreed to not pay for repairs. but i have to let him drive my car every once in a while until i can fix it up so it looks decent. it drove home and runs and drives fine, just the front fascia is tweaked about 2 inches. i'll try and get some pics up soon.
Wrecked.... need to try and fix it myself.. any ideas?

****ed up literally ****ed up. If i ruined my brothers car i would buy him the same or give him the value of his car. Thats just ****ed up right there. "fix it" give me a break

well he knows its a pos and he got his moneys worth out of it. it still runs and drives fine and i aggreed to let him drive my car if he needed to "look" better i guess... but my car aint much better on the outside...
its not a total loss of a car. if it were then yes i would end up having to give him the value of the car. but since it just has some fascia damage i need to try and repair it the best that i can
