Yeah my friend used to have one of those. They are pretty accurate for what they are, but not as accurate as the real 1/4 or dyno (the HP on those is not very accurate but 1/4 mile is pretty close).

They are fun to play with but you really won't be able to tune with it very much. It's way to hard to find a flat 1/4 mile stretch with no traffic to test the thing out. It's harder than you think to find that stretch of road.

i've seen those. if i had that extra money laying around i would get one, just to have fun with. but, i don't have that extra money.......maybe i can convince one of my friends to get one.

not so.. well atleast here in FL.. every main road at 2 AM turns into a 1/4 mile track :) (no cars on the road BTW)

Dude, that's cuz FL's highest elevation is like 2 ft and the shortest stretch of straight rd is 5 miles long. I was referring to rest of the country.
