I feel sorry that it happened to him. I know what it feels to have a car stolen but wow he want's it back bad.

I doubt he reported his swap to insurance. Cuz if he did, he wouldn't have been able to drive it to get it stolen in the first place being that insurance will not cover a street illegal car as your daily driver.

So insurance wouldn't have covered it anyways.

Whats a car like that seriously worth? Wht would you honestly pay for it? I'm just trying to justify his reasoning to pay $5k for a finders fee.
