I was parked waiting and a man pulled up next to me in a 2006 M35.

WOW, "thats beautiful". He had never seen a Series I M45. "Man, your

car is much better looking than mine." "Is it a 2008??" The guy was

simply stunned when I set him straight.

I get that all the time as well about my 2003 M45

I have all the upgrades, except Satellite and the chrome rims are what get most people talking

Everyone who's commented thought I just rolled it off the lot and it was brand new. They are all shocked when I tell them that it's an older car and they are surprised to learn the car didn't sell well in the states since they like the styling so much (today).

Well he was 60 y/o and most likely not a smart *** like some contributers.

Honestly, I would not to this day, have looked at the 2006 and up M45 for any consideration of owning one. And i can afford it. The response was certainly sincere from my take.
