It sounds like you've got a bad ground... Try cleaning the pins on the connector with a solvent.. Also, using a voltmeter, check the resistance between the ground at the MAF plug.. and actual battery ground. Do this with your headlights on, rear defroster on.. and blower motor for the A/C. This will place more load on the electrical system, and will make any bad grounds stand out even more. If you see anything higher than around .005 ohms.. then you need to reground your MAF.

I cannot believe you have tested 5 MAFS, before looking to see if it was grounded properly. The wiring is probably your problem, I doubt its the MAFSs.
