These are the best pics thus far I have seen. I am glad I did a search today. Now I like my Q even more, but want that interior set up like crazy

Only thing I like about it are the seats that look extremely comfortable.

I never liked the rear of the president, and the front grille never tipped my fancy. I really just like the overall body shape of the car

The F50 president is another story since it does have that body style, but combines it with some amazing features and actually looks like a more luxurious car while the F50 Q looks more sporty...

Would be interesting if the new Q takes more hints from the President and make it more like a full luxury flagship vehicle.

This only shows the later ones, but the interior features with NAV and rear AC and filter are interesting.

Higher-res versions of the ones in the original post without watermarks (why are they watermarking pictures that aren't theirs?) can be found at Nissan's very useful Global website:http://press.nissan-global.com....html

I essentially agree. I like the President rear, but the Jaguar copycat front end does nothing at all for me.I'd love to bring over a late-model black President Sovereign (the top-level trim long wheelbase model) and put a 90-93 Q front end on it, then replace the "President" text on the trunk with "Infiniti" and swap the dash over to LHD.

One question I've always had:What's with the forward-tilting headrests I see in all the President interior pictures? I don't understand why you'd need 90 degrees of forward tilt...that would be amazingly uncomfortable.

Actually I tilt my headrest forward all the time. It helps from me with my neck. I know it sounds crazy, but I can comfortably rest my head in on the HR and turn to see blind spots with out having to move my head slightly forward. I have neck pains do to a torn tissue that happened years ago, so doing this has helped.

Oh, I tilt mine forward, too. But the President has an entirely separate tilt that rotates from inside the seatback, putting the headrest level with and IN FRONT of the seat.

It should only be on the front passenger seat, so the "executive" sitting in the back can see out the front if they want ... while they sit with their feet resting on the seat back pass through.

yea...same as my car. front passenger side seat headrest lifts up and drops 90degrees to see better from rear. Also got total control from rear to move front passenger seat. Basically backseat driver car.

OK one thing is that, that president is a 2000 something president not a 1994 I think.

And if they did export it here it would be like 100K

if they export president models...won't sell in US. Basically president model is same thing as a limo in US. In japan roads are small, so limo is not practical to have. If it ever exported to US...how many people will have that car with a driver???

In the US they wouldn't be considered a "Limo" since they don't have rear seating for multiple passengers (2 doesn't count), but they could/would be a car service vehicle, where the occupant is being driven around, much like some big wigs in NYC and such. But for some reason, the for hire ones are mainly domestic cars and the privately owned ones are big german cars???
