Wouldn't it be cool to do this conversion?

I like it personally. I just do not have the money. I already have some body work issues, so it could be feasible to do the conversion when I get the rest of the work fixed up, you know? (Panda Garage, what?)

Same!

I've been back and forth over doing a full President conversion, or just going straight VIP with my 92 G50. I really want both.

I might just buy another Q and do both conversions. But that won't be happening for a while.

I may just import one from Japan once I establish myself in Canada.

The pics of the cars you posted and the conversion parts that are for sale are different and also priced way differently.

The ones on the cars are of the most recent president for that body style which went to the year 2002. The headlights were xenon and as will cost you as much as the conversion is going for on ebay. The parts that are being sold on Ebay are from the first president for that body style which was the 1990 stlye. Notice the differences in the grills as well

That would depend on Quality. For our cars we don't care about mass production. It would have to be very pleasing and easy on the eyes and fit very well almost OEM. Not that ED crap. (Note I know they are a sponsor but I still feel personally that ED makes garbage products)

But I am not the voice of everyone.

The lines of the Q are what sets it apart. Most of the time people do not even know what it is. Why take away from that even more?

my first thought when you said ED... is exactly what i get a case of when i see a poorly mod'd (say 'whack' body kit) car of any type.

And while i actually like those Pres conversions, it looks very similar to a Cadillac Allante or something in the front. They are certainly awesome looking, but the usdm G50's look is pretty unique by itself... even though someone asked me "when did Infiniti make maximas?".

That front end would be sick. Not a big fan of the trunk. That big plastic silver piece makes me itchy.
