I dont enjoy airport circuits , very rough and you tend to break more stuff , sebring is a old ww2 concrete airstrip , weve broken lots of parts there on the racecar , hime joints in the suspension seem to be quite a problem for us. after the ususal 15-20 lap event there is a huge tightening session from stuff being jolted loose , very hard on your back too as the car hits expansion joints that are around 3/4 to 1 inch around 85-135 mph. We have broken less stuff at events at daytona and road atlanta. But playing on the taxiways that are ususaly asphalt would be fun , i remeber lots of autocross events at macdill AFB in florida , most of those were just lots of fun with mimiumal work between runs (also its one "lap" instead of 20).
I really think we should all be in SCCA , then get together at autocrosses and just have a good time and party/comapre notes between runs , i see alot of drag racers here , would be nice to get them and a few canyon carvers out for some fun ....
