As far as the b-pipe goes...wouldn't it be cheaper if I had a shop cut off the piece right behind the resonator and just weld in a new piece?

Any decent exhaust shop should be able to custom bend anything you need.

just rip it all out and have a fully custom job done. go bigger, better flow and deeper sound.
