So, my Q is eventually going to get re-painted a different color with the Junction Produce Kit.

I found a Local Q45 in red/merlot, with the shamoo interior complete. With minor wear.

I was planning to re-do the ENTIRE interior in shamoo scheme.

He's asking 1800 obo. Apparently the Car mis-fires and shuts off sometimes...I'll find out about the milage tommrow.....

I was thinking swap the interiors, and fix this misfire...then sell the merlot one.... Meanwhile my Q gets a shamoo interior.

You could probably have your interior re-done for that, and then you wouldn't have to worry about buying a car with broken chain guides.

Most non-running cars birng about $500.

Take a super close look at the seats and headrests of the other car. It usually takes me 2 or 3 trips to start seeing all the cracks and bad spots.

I agree with Jeff

$1800 + repairs - resale price = expensive >14 yr old interior.

I just don't like that math.

Yeah if the only reason your buying it is for the interior, id pass and spend the money on redoing the interior. For a Q with iffy chain guides that doesnt run normal is not worth 1800 regardless of how "nice" it is.

Call 510-523-4200 they are located at 2318 Clement Ave. They will give you a price on interior work for your G50! CA prices are high compared to other states but have very reputable work!

Well it could be, it's the price though. I recent'y drove to Ft. Lauderdale FL. to pick up two front seats and didn't need the back seat set up that was mint. I paid $100 for two Shamu cream white front seats. Can't beat that price with a stick. Even spending $200 in gas was worth it. Maybe he still has the back seats. email [email protected] to see if he still has the back seats and door leather. It's pristine.

Too bad I'm not in Cali anymore. I would have gladly done the guide job for you so that wouldn't be such an iffy Q anymore.
