Get wheels with 8+ of width. The guys here will tell you like they told me, 7's aren't wide enough for 240's

That's a Honda wheel size and offset.

Sell them and buy something suitable for an S13.

haha sorry man its hard to find nicely sized wheels on the cheap for 240's. 17x7's are definitely honda territory though, although to answer your question yes they should fit over Z brakes just fine. But seriously if you're committed enough to have z brakes in the first place then you should get some real wheels for your ride. Look into 5Zigens or XXR 526's and 527's if you're on a budget.
