Hello, all I need is a FMIC and I have all of the basic parts for a turbo kit.I noticed that there aren't too many people making FMIC kits for the KAT (hint** could be lucrative). Anyway, I contacted the people at Hybrid and they said that they have had many people who have KA turbos have been purchasing this kit.Does it look like it will work? I think all that is needed is a hot pipe. Also, this kit is about $500. Could something similar to this be had for around 350?

Let me know. Thanks.

Also, if anyone has a complete FMIC kit for the S13 (KAT) for sale I would be interested.

Judging from the looks of it, it looks dead on. The only thing i see that u have to adapt to is the hot pipe cause it only looks like it goes up to the fender well only, so u will have to add to it to reach the turbo outlet..

The cold pipe looks on target too.

BTW, who makes this..??

yep an sr20 hot pipe should go from the turbo right to that intercooler in/down pipe if the turbo is in the same location as an sr...that actually looks like the sr intercooler kit. if u have a top mount t3/t4 just cut the end of the sr hot pipe and couple it on, should still work.

hybrid makes good intercoolers too.

I have an SSA top mount and I will be getting the westcoast-turbo.com t4/t04e 50 trim. If this works I will be getting it.

Yes they can but they have really large raduis' when it comes to bends.... And a majority of those bends are CRUSH bent, not smooth bends..

I found this one too. The guy said he used this one on a KAT. This one is about $300 and comes with the hot pipe. Not too sure about the quality though

I think the intercooler size needs to be taken into consideration also.. mine is 31" long, some are much smaller, so the piping might be off a little, or a lot... but, thats the same piping I have, except the rest of my hot pipe looks like this

I wish I could help you there.... I got the piping off a guy on ka-t.org.. he said it was made to fit the KA..

You should just make your own hot pipe after you get everything else mounted (intercooler, manifold, turbo etc..).. it would make things a lot easier, and probably cheaper..

and it's E"Bay" lol.. why do people call it gay? .. I love ebay.. makes life so much easier, and cheaper.
