would this type of offset and size fit my s14?

i have a base model 4 lug s14 and i saw this set of wheels on ebay.i was wondering if this setup would fit nicely (flush) w/o running spacers. 5ZIGEN FNO1R-C 17X8 OFFSET 35 4X114.3http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT

17x8 35+ might be too big for front?
