It would look better than your 10 or more year old stock dash, I'm thinking about doing it to my S13 as well. But I have a feeling this is something you would have to see in real life to know you wanted it. But a black coated brushed aluminum dash would look killer.

EDIT: Which would look better Silver Carbon Fiber (Real), or Black Carbon Fiber (Real)?

I like brushed aluminum and i think you should do it. But you are going to have to smack some style into that pleather dash and door panels there boy. I would get it upholstered in real leather so you get that Infiniti feel to it...

(also loose the tweed door stuff)

chunkidori...How did you get behind the door panels? Does the panel come out separate from the rest of the door, or ???

Sorry for highjacking, but a writeup with pics would be nice...even just some "after" pics, since you obviously already did it.

Did you not catch my not-so-subtle post (x2) above?

Factory leather = no tweed = nothing to remove = teh coolness. :D

Pics? When I pick it up in 10 days.

Price? Nunya. :)

Plans? Enjoy it for what it is.

Distant plans - Turbo KA, retain automatic, 17" gunmetals and possibly a Silvia conversion.

it's easy to rip the tweed off the doors... just put a flathead in the groove and pry a little edge off and then start working it off. take off the handle and such. a word of warning though, the tweed will come off without the adhesive... and that will SUCK to remove by itself. so do it slow and remove it as one, trust me.

hitman, you coming to california to pick it up? I have to plan ahead if me, you and asfhdlghjakjfdksjfkajdskasjadjkananananananand are going to meet up.
