Would these winter tires fit my G35?

Does anyone know if these winter tires would fit my G35? They are 195-55-16

Is your rim size a 16? Most of us have 17's as OEM. If it's a 16, then your good to go! If it's a 16, you can actually go up to a 215/55/16 safely... the 195 sounds very small, unless you're also off-roading, but then again, with tires that small, your car is really low to the ground.
