Would these wheels fit?

Hi im new to the forum. So im about to buy a set of rohana rc7's staggered and on their site they have 19x8.5 +35 and 19x9.5 +40. How will that fit on my car? Im also getting ksport coilovers coz i heard they go really low! Also if the wheels fit, what tires should i get(sizewise)? Thanks guys! Been reading this forum for a year now but never joined til today.
