If the offset is around +40mm, you're in the right neighborhood. I have 215's on my V, though, so I can't say whether or not the 225's will rub or not.

But call me crazy, looking at the picture... have you actually measured the lug pattern? It looks smaller than 4x4.5"... it looks more like a 4x100mm to me.

+30 offset is a bit iffy. Might stick out a fair bit.

Yeah... I couldn't tell from the pic if it says +30 or +38, but +30 will definately stick out a bit. To be exact, they'll stick out exactly 10 mm (.394 inches, approx 3/8 of an inch) further than EV's (see this thread for his pics: zerothread?id=308854). They would definately work, and you might appreciate the lower offset with the wider tires, but it could look a little weird.

Fit 'em up and post some pics so we can see!!

theyll stick out 16mm farther, the wheels are different widths

16mm shouldnt be a problem, and will look better

hmm i was wondering about stuff like that because I know a few people that either say HIGH offset or LOW offset FTW or something like that...which is better?

this pic kinda give you an idea about offset...Wheel Offsets The offset of a wheel is what locates the tire and wheel assembly in relation to the suspension. More specifically, it is the measured distance between the hub mounting surface and the center line of the rim. Below is an explanation of the various types of offsets which are pictured in the above graphic.

Positive OffsetA positive offset occurs when the hub mounting surface is on the street side (the side you see) of the center line of the rim. Most factory rims will have this type of offset.

Zero OffsetWhen the hub mounting surface is centered within the rim, it is known as a zero offset.

Negative OffsetIf the hub mounting surface is on the brake side of the center line of the rim, it is considered a negative offset or “deep dish”. Note that extensive negative offset can potentially cause increased steering wheel kick-back and place additional stresses on the vehicle's entire suspension.
