As long as you have stock 16" rims (or similar), they should be good.

Punch your existing tire size into http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html to see how it'll affect your speedometer. If you have 255/65R16 on right now, for example, with the new tires you'll be going 4.8% faster than what the speedometer reads. Not too bad.

I think you may have some rubbing issues with those tires. I think they are a little to big. Here is another tire calculator site. I like this one better.http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp

Also check out this site it has all the tire size that keep you close to stock. Even when changing rim size.http://www.discounttiredirect....|2004

Sorry to disagree, but 245/75/R16 will be fine.I have those on my truck in the winter, and there's plenty of clearance.I also have 255/70/R16's as my summer tires. Again, no problems.

As for the Goodyear's though, I have Wrangler's on mine now, and they are crap. What else do they have?

Buzzman would you happen to have a pic of them. Thats actually a size I am looking at, but the tire I am looking at has an aggresive thread . You don't rub at all?

ive got 275/45r20 there is rubbing on the front right tire because the plastic wheel well cover that sits in the front bumper catches the rubber when i do a full turn.

im going to eliminate this buy adding a spacer so that the cover sits further in the bumper than in the wheel well. I may have this issue for another reason i dont know about but its definately nothing to be concerned about.

NutsPathfinderthis should answer your question my cardomain pics have pictures if you would like to see how mine look its a pretty aggresive tread.
