Would these suffice?

Im looking at wheels and i came across some decently priced rota's that work within my budget:



They come in:

17x8 +40

and 17x8.5 +40 & +35

Would these fit on my s13 properly? any rubbing ? would they be flush?? or would i have to camber a little if anyone has some simular sized wheel set up could you post a pic??

Im new at wheel sizing

They wont be flush, or anywhere close. They will probably rub the coilover in the front if you are running coils. You should shoot for something like 17x9 +12 or 15 or 17x9.5 +12 or 15Something in that size would be very close to being flush. Stay away from anything more than +25 on a 9 inch wheel.

rota slips belong on hondas imo. look at rota grids or p45r's.

so the plus 40 is 40mm towards the outside from 0 offset haha at 8.5 in ya they would probably rub lol,

I dont want thos exact wheels it was just a ref.

could you post a pic of wheels that are 17x9 +12ish ??

An 8inch wheel will need to be atleast +32 or lower for most coils. 17x8 or 9 up from 17x9 or 10 in the rear.
