Would these Rims/Tires Size Combo fit 06 M35X? Please HELP ASAP!

size - 22x8.5

offset - +35

Bolt - 5x114.3

Tires - 265/40/22

My friend has these on his FX and wants to sell them cheap to me and was wondering if the tires will be too high and will start rubbing?

You would need new tires. Too large. The rims will fit but the tires wont. The largest you can go all the way around is 255/30/22.
