Would these bulbs be safe?

I want to get them, but I'm not sure what the output wattage means. Does it just indicate how bright the bulbs are, or is it actual wattage, and could it burn or damage anything on a '93 240? If so, what would a safe output wattage be?Thanks.

Those luminics suck ***. I have them on my car. They will work fine.

Wattage draw is stock (60/55 thing).

The output is a lie - I know other h4's I've used (like nokya and other economy brands, which say 90/100 output or so) are brighter.

The are safe, but I don't personally like them at all on our pop ups.
