Hey Everyone,

Wanted to find out if putting DC Headers on our cars would make any difference at all. Changing my Cats to the Motordyne Art Pipes here soon cause I'm throwing a bad catalytic converter so figured if headers made any difference might as well do them both the same time and make it a little easier. Just connect the headers to the Art pipes from under the car make it a little bit easier then just doing the headers. Let me know your insight. Also my other question based off one youtube video with the DC Headers on an M35 would it make that raspy sound. If these headers will sound like that then def not interested.

Eh, IMO, from what I know...if the headers aren't equal length...they are a waste.

I second IlyaKol here. You're better bet would be to get your OEM headers extrude honed to open them up a bit. I believe the raspy sound has more to do with the exhaust post cats.

I am pretty sure they are the same length. I don't think they would be different lengths.

Equal length headers look like this:

Notice the newer ones the one side is longer than the OEM side. This makes them 'equal length'. I don't think the majority of stock headers are equal length, they are only as long as what it needs to be in order to connect the exhaust pieces, etc.
