Pay $6,000 for a 1991 240sx with:1997 ka24des13.5 conversionadjustable tien coiloversfull exhaust sways and struts5Ziegen 18" rims 8.5" front and 9.5" rear quick release momo stearing wheel

I've been looking for this bodystyle 240 and was debating whether or not i was going to do the conversion or stay with the 180sx look. It already has it done for me, but the rims have to go cause i want the work emotion cr kai's. The exhaust may have to go because i'm wanting to get the RS*R GTII. I'm not too concerned with the steering wheel because i would be in favor of the stock one. Just seeing what you guys think. I haven't always been that big on buying a car that someone else has already put there mark on but with this i'm willing to make an exception cause there is still plenty of stuff left for me to do to it.

holy crap that's still too much, you can get a nice running stock 240 for $1000 at most and do more mods to it with the other $5000 then what was done to the one you're looking at.

The car is a 91' body but it has a 97' ka24de swapped into it. Depending on where he purchased the front end from it could of at least cost him 3500 at the most to be put on and painted if it's a clean install and paint job. from what i can tell in the pics it's clean but they aren't clean shots either. here is the link to the ad on craigslist.http://houston.craigslist.org/cto/1088984330.html

That car looks good BUT your going to need better fitting wheels to pull that look off . So figure selling the rims or have him keep them and knock the price down. Also if you look on here you can find Sr20 Rb20-25 swapped cars for 6k or less .If the only reason your buying that car is for the front end . Then its totaly up to you but from the pics and the mods listed i would think thats more like a 3500-4k car . My opinion .

Oh and dont forget your paying the drift tax when you buy a 240 now a days .

Paying double drift tax with the front end and body kit.

Do some searching around in the classifieds section, there are quite a few cars for sale in there that are in great condition, for a lot less money, and you could build it yourself instead of buying someone elses project. Just my $.02.

3500 dollars is what I would pay, there were multiple cars with s15 fronts for 3000-4000 with running KA and looked good.

It does look clean....my rule of thumb is to not pay more than 4k for anything w/o boost...as stated above you will need better wheels to pull of the overall look....and yes drift tax sux for newer enthusiasts....gl
