Would an S14 Cusco OS front strut bar fit an S13?

I found a good deal on a Cusco OS front strut bar for an S14. I searched and they said they are interchangeable. I also heard that they're not... (that you have to get an adjustable one). So I'm not sure. Enlighten me.

Flanges that connect to the towers are the same. However, lengths are slightly different.

Either:

1) You need a bar that is length adjustable

or

2) the portion where ther bar bolts up to the tower flanges has enough slack (i.e. instead of a circle, it's like a pill shape) where the bar can sit closer/farther as needed.

That being said, I don't know the exact length difference between s13 & s14 strut tower bar, but if you really think it's a good deal, you could always resell it if it doesn't fit.
