there's a 90% chance i will be purchasing one tomorrow if it checks out with a mechanic.so... $$2800...171k miles, eveything fine except for: warped rotors, a little pull to the right (said he hit a curb :/ ), no headliner, no cat.has a boost controller, fatty bfg tires (forget brand), kn filter, and guages. other than that it's a real beauty with nay a scratch or dent, non-leaking t-top. owned by a woman who changed the entire engine before the guy bought it. he showed me a grip of receipts that added up to a mind-boggling amount. considering i have never seen an ss model and it is in excellent condition, i think im getting a steal, thoughts?

I'd jump on it unless you can find rust.

Shiro is my 2nd favorite Z of all time (next to 432-R of course). I'd definitely jump on it if I had the opportunity.

sounds like a decent deal to me. but the fact that it has bigger tires and it's jumped a curb scare me. I'd take it to a frame shop and have it checked to be sure before buying.

and ewhen was the timing belt done last? kinda of a pain in the azz to replace but the price sounds decent for a high miles clean SS, I am jealous
