Well to start i bought a S13 Blacktop SR20 swapped 1990 hatch. 2 hours later I go drive it to a friends house to show off. I give them a ride in it and push the SR to about 6000 RPMS. Then i throw it in neutral and it turns off. I drive it a couple more times but everytime I put it into neutral it turns off. So then im like oh s*** I better get home. Then on the way home the motor starts making a knocking noise. So I pull over and pop the hood to see my SR shaking and knocking pretty hard. So I go home empty out the oil and find no metal in it. I think it might be a bent valve. I could really use some help on what happened to the motor and what to do now. Thanks,

If the oil pans off check the rods and mains. If you caught it early enough its an easy fix. Spinning rod bears on SRs is a common thing. Just pop the caps off the rods and mains and look for any wear signs. A bent valve would cause a compression loss and miss but not a knock. Maybe a ticking sound with the valves.
