I bought a used VLSD with 5 bolt axles for my s13 about a year ago. It was off a r32 with with 4.4:1 NISMO Gears. I notice recently that when i do doughnuts, that the right rear tire smokes a lot more and I get extremely irregular wear the right rear too. After searching with no luck, is it possible to replace the worn clutch pack in my diff and where can I find the parts!

A VLSD does not have a clutch pack.

Hence the "V" for vicious. It's fluid that locks it.

Just get a real clutch type or man up and weld it.

you can shim it, and get 1 possibly a lil more life outa it, or 2 completely blow it in one day. welded, or get a REAL diff, this is why viscous sucks, you never know whats gonna happen

Very clean 240 btw....

Yeah the problem with welding it is the unpredictability of the thing I mean this car is my daily driver, I take it for vacation trips, I drive it for work. I would rather not randomly spin out on the freeway when its raining, or hear the chassis bind and creek when pulling into a parking spot when I am out getting groceries or picking up my little sister from kindy care. I got the VSLD for practical everyday day drive-ability so with that in mind what are my options. What kinda of "Real Clutch diffs can a find, maybe JDM or the junk yard"

The stock VLSD is a sealed unit and cannot be serviced. I would look for another one or upgrade to an aftermarket differential. I'm not a fan of welded differentials for a car driven on the street, but whatever floats your boat.
