Its about 50 bucks (80 for the collectors edition) and 15 dollars per month to play, less if you sign up for more months ($14/3 months, $13/6 months)

Me and my friend are buying all the collectors editions we can find in a 100 mile radius and selling them online, we make a good 40 bucks on each of them.

It's a damn fun game. Any time I have to burn, I've been either cleaning up the RX-7 or playing WoW. My girlfriend watched me play and now plays too, so she doesn't get mad at me for playing and she's actually interested in things that happen in the game. Gotta love hot chicks that play video games.

Nearly ALL MMORGPs require a monthly fee. The only big name one I can think of that doesn't is Guild Wars, and it won't be out till February.

I don't think Lineage does either, but I could be wrong...

It's worth it...its fun as hell!

WOW is a lot of fun.

I have a lvl 15 Night Elf Druid named Alexandra on the Dragonblight server which is a West Coast server (the east coast servers are too full).

the east coast servers filled up because of the international players. Something about how european guilds work. That and everyone and their grandma decided to pile into the east coast servers, even though they lived in california.

Anyways, I have a level 25 elven hunter named Kalwa on the Stormrage server.

I love the game. Sucks up way too much of my time right now. If i'm not out pleasing the ladies, or working, I'm killing orcs in Ashenvale.

Last night, we defeated an orc raid party of level 30+ PCs (there was about 5 or 6 of them to our 5 level 20-25 PCs). Didn't realize PVP could be that fun. Of course, it sucks when they start camping your corpse
