TRX makes me puke nearly every time. its intense. i do it outside, maybe its the heat. im going to start eating a small portion of brown rice and tuna before my lifting,

I try do a special K protein shake after cardio... I don't know if you can call that a supplement or not, but its better than beer!
...beer comes after a shower :(

You spend entirely too much money on products that give you the barest edge over working out normally.

n02 is not proven to help much, either. In fact, I think you might possibly juts be buying into the hype of these products too much.

i kind of agree.i have not noticed too much of a difference when i work out while using supps rather than not. i am out of everything right now, so maybe i will give it a shot and not use anything for a while. i would definitely prefer to not have to take all this garbage as long as i get the same results.

Not all of it is garbage. Most of the "energy" products are for real, but I'd steer clear of the ones claiming to give you large amounts of protein, many are full of the same type of protein food used in dog and cat foods...
