Custom AC lines have to be fab or custom brackets to use s14 KA comp. with s14 SR

i heard you only need to swap ends on the line that attaches to the comp from the evaporator.

You need the Sr compressor, the KA will not bolt up. Use the KA line, cut the end off and have the Sr end put on it. The harness will plug right in to the Sr compressor. You shouldn't have to do anything with the compressor to Evap line, should both right up.

Let me know if you have any questions, mine works flawlessly...

Any welder should be able to do it. What I did was cut the KA fitting off as close to the fitting as possible, that way I had plenty to work with. I cut the Sr fitting as far away from it as possible. Then I bolted the Sr fitting to the comp and installed the KA line. Put the 2 together to see where the line would be out of the way and to get an idea of how much I needed to cut off each piece. I then cut them and had the AC shop that I went to get them welded/heliarced, whatever they had to do to join the 2. It cost me a total of like 30 bucks...
