hey guuyyyss workin on my valve cover for the new engine...any tips for the letters or does anone know what is under them if its more alluminum....im thinking about shaving them off but i dont wanna put a hole in the alluminum.......sumbodys gotta know this is what it looks like so far..

I say polish it with white tripoli and get that think looked chromed out...mmmm bling is hot, I hear it makes girls drop the pants too, I haven't seen it yet though. You could also powdercoat it blue, that'd be really nice too.

its gettin polished....tonights task is 320 over the whole thing...the thing is my whole car is badgeless exept my rear lights so i wanted to cary it over to the engine compartment....although im not gonna take the koyo off of the radiator

paint it red, turbo the KA and call it a SR. sell it to a highschool kid for twice the bluebook. haha

it has been done. cept it was a KAE-T. i wanted to polish mine but i dont have the time to do that. i would like to polish my intake manifold tho

there was someone on here that sent you a powdercoated/polished cover for like $40 with your core. that seems cheap to me since alot of work is put into em..

first some degreaser then some aluminum aircraft stripper with a wire brush and sanded it down a bit after that before painting
